What started as a small, personal practice has grown into a dedicated studio in West Melbourne, with a team of experienced therapists and a loyal community of clients.
While the space has evolved, the idea remains the same: To create a place where people can take time out, feel looked after, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Our therapists are qualified remedial massage professionals, experienced in treating pain, tension and injury and genuinely care about what they do. They take time to listen, understand what’s going on in your body and tailor each treatment accordingly.
From the moment you walk in, the intention is simple - to create a sense of calm. Not a clinical environment. Not an indulgent, once-in-a-while spa.

FounderCaroline founded Milk & Honey in 2012, after leaving a career in advertising to pursue a more fulfilling path in remedial massage.
She’s passionate about helping clients feel better in their bodies — combining thoughtful, results-driven treatment with genuine care.

Sophie is a dedicated Clinic Manager and Remedial Massage Therapist who combines hands-on care with thoughtful, empathetic leadership. With experience across both clinical and spa environments, she offers a balanced approach that blends therapeutic effectiveness with a calming, restorative experience.
Sophie fosters a supportive and collaborative team culture, creating a clinic environment grounded in professionalism, genuine care, and a strong commitment to comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
