Caroline

Caroline left a stressful career to the greener pastures of massage therapy and has never looked back. She is passionate about each and every client and achieving their individual goals. Therapeutic massage is her thing and she loves nothing more than getting results, whether it be to relax and unwind or to regain movement and decrease pain. Caroline also does dry needling for more acute injuries & conditions.


Josephine

Josephine is a fully qualified remedial massage therapist and bring years of experience to her treatments. Having worked closely with an osteopath previously, she has the ability to assess injuries holistically and recommend the best course of action.  She also gives a mean relaxation treatment with a head and face massage to die for and also offers Myofacial cupping as required. Josephine was the first therapist to join Caroline at m&h and her targeted treatments and warm nature keep her clients coming back time and again.


Kathy

Kathy trained at the Southern School of Natural Therapies and since graduating she has been honing her skills working for herself and Endota Spa.  Kathy is relatively new to the industry but she undoubtably has the skills of more experienced therapist. She has the unique ability to deliver a firm treatment whilst relaxing you which means each client gets a full therapeutic experience. At the moment she is  studying shiatsu and also dabbles in some reflexology allowing her treatments to be quite unique. Currently Kathy is covered by all the major health funds.



Dom

Dom’s years of experience mixed with his caring and intuitive nature have made him strive towards creating a unique experience for every client. He has been a practicing remedial massage therapist for the past 4 years, assisting clients with both short-term and chronic health issues and injuries including a special interest in immune disorders. He also has an unequivocable passion for healing with a sensitive approach, making relaxation and a focus on mental health an inherent part of his therapeutic practice. Dom is registered with all the major health funds.

 


Lori

Lori’s technique combines her experience and interest in muscular skeletal function and its marriage with fitness. Having gained her Dip. of RM at the Australian Institute of Applied Science she is also holds Cert. III in Fitness, and is a practicing yoga teacher and forever student. Lori has worked with the Williamstown VFL, treating and preventing injury so she knows the importance of targeted treatments with results and offers Myofacial Dry Needling for more acute muscle dysfunction. Having said that, she blends remedial with relaxation perfectly for a well balanced treatment. Lori is registered with all the health funds except Medibank Private & HCF.

 

 


Scott

Scott recently graduated from the Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Southern School of Natural Therapies. He is passionate about the body and how it works, and enjoys seeing improvements to function and the reduction of pain and discomfort.

His approach to massage focuses on allowing clients to relax deeply so the body can unwind the tension that causes pain and discomfort. His style often focuses on some of the gentler massage techniques, but he is no stranger to deep tissue massage and regularly incorporates it into treatments as required. Scott is in the process of being registered by all the major health funds.

 



Loren

Loren is a recent (2015) RM Diploma graduate from SSNT, where she discovered her passion for all things massage. She is chronically curious by nature and in her previous performing arts career, honed her powers of perception and adaptability -qualities which comes in very handy as a therapist! She uses a whole body approach and a range of classic and cutting edge techniques to address postural deviation, holding patterns and injuries. Her focus is always to facilitate the body’s ability to restore function and therefore enable true relaxation. Loren is registered with all the major health funds.


Louise

Louise has over 7 years of remedial massage experience, and gives her clients the highest level of care and consideration. Her love of the industry prompted her to further extend her skills, and is also trained in pregnancy, lymph drainage and oncology massage. She’s a big believer in a holistic approach to well being and thrives on helping her clients make positive change and get the most out of their bodies. Louise’s treatments are bliss as she ties in her technical knowledge beautifully with her day spa experience. She is also registered with all the major health funds.


Elise

Elise, a qualified remedial massage therapist, graduated from The Southern School of Natural Therapies in 2012. The health and wellness of her clients both physically and mentally have always been her top priority. Having worked at some of the top hotels and spas around Melbourne, she is able blend deep tissue massage and remedial techniques, whilst giving a delightfully relaxing experience. She’s aware of the the day to day stresses life can have on the body and focuses on the individual needs of her clients, encouraging the important balance between mind and body. She is a registered provider of all the major health funds, except MBP and HCF.
